Meet The Founder Marcella Hayuzita
Marcella is the visionary founder of Esperanza Virtual Assistant Community (VAC), with a background in Communication Studies. She is on a passionate mission to create a place where Indonesian people who aspire to be virtual assistants, or are already working as such, can empower and support each other by sharing knowledge, skills, and opportunities to thrive in the remote work landscape. She noticed unique challenges: stay-at-home moms often face age-related barriers when re-entering the workforce, and finding employment in Indonesia can be challenging for anyone.
When Marcella discovered that many founders and executives outside Indonesia need assistants to stay productive at a relatively affordable cost, she saw an incredible opportunity. Thus, Esperanza VAC was born to connect talented Indonesian virtual assistants with busy professionals, enabling them to delegate tasks that take up their time, so they can focus on what truly matters.
